Week 1 COMPLETED

My first entry for my first week of workout completed...

Basically I'd say that I am super impressed with myself...

Did my Arms on Sat while torturing my back and chest on Sun...

The weekdays was a challenge itself being that work itself was tiring, but the mental aspect of finishing this workout series for this week proper pull me thru...

Focus my abs by constantly doing them each and everyday
- Monday - Leg
-Tues - Arms
- Wed - Chest
- Thursday - Arms + Chest

n Friday took a well deserved break from the workout but come Saturday toml.. its back to the training man!!!
